Jace is from Addis, LA and is attending Southeastern Louisiana University and majoring in Journalism. He is also a graduate from Catholic High School in Baton Rouge where he was the editor of the school newspaper the “Bearly Published.” While at CHS, Jace also announced their football, basketball, and baseball games for the Bruin Broadcast Network which is the Catholic High’s streaming website for their events. On weekends, Jace is the PA announcer for his middle school football games. At home, Jace enjoys time with his family and friends. Jace is also an avid football and drag racing fan.

Recruiting Spotlight: QB/ATH Levi Lewis, Scotlandville High School

One of the best athletes in all of Louisiana is Scotlandville quarterback Levi Lewis. Lewis was under the shadow of a lot of people last year even in his own district because Scotlandville's rival Zachary had a great athlete at quarterback them self in Lindsey Scott. Since Scott is now at LSU, it is Lewis's turn to establish himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the entire state.

Recruiting Spotlight: ATH Anthony Boston, Arcadia High School

Arcadia High School had experienced one of the best comeback years that you will ever see in high school football. Coach Dimitri Carr has done a great job of rebuilding the program in which two years ago, the team only won two games in the season. Last year, the Hornets improved drastically with a 10-4 record and came one game away from going to the state championship game. You may ask yourself how did the team improve that drastically over the two year period. Well, the answer can be great coaching and great football play by some great two way football players like OL/DL Dustin Mills, who we did an article earlier this year, and Athlete Anthony Boston who plays both cornerback and wide receiver.

Recruiting Interview: FS Ja’len Johnson, Central Catholic

Central Catholic FS Ja'len Johnson is one of the most underrated safeties in the whole state and at the same time, he is one of the best in the entire state. Johnson can start for any team in the state whether it be a 1-A team or a 5-A team. Johnson is a big safety at 6-3, 200 pounds, can run a 4.5/40, and will hit you hard on every play.
