Jace is from Addis, LA but resides in Port Allen, LA. Jace attends Southeastern Louisiana University and is majoring in Journalism. This is Jace's third year as Associate Editor at Louisiana Football Magazine. He is also a graduate from Catholic High School in Baton Rouge where he was the editor of the school newspaper the “Bearly Published.” While at CHS, Jace also announced their football, basketball, and baseball games for the Bruin Broadcast Network which is the Catholic High’s streaming website for their events. On weekends, Jace is the PA announcer for his middle school football games. At home, Jace enjoys time with his family and friends. Besides being a huge football fan, Jace is also an avid NHRA drag racing fan.

Recruiting Spotlight: OL Ethan Harvey, Evangel Christian Academy

National Signing Day is now over so these recruits, that we will be covering for the rest of the year, are now commits and either finishing their final months of high school or enrolling at the college of their choice early. Evangel Christian OG Ethan Harvey is now enjoying his final months at Evangel Christian, where he has had a tremendous high school football career, before he starts a new football journey at Army-West Point.

Recruiting Spotlight: DT Hunter Clay, St. Thomas More

After so many years of not winning the state championship, St. Thomas More Head Coach Jim Hightower finally won his first championship for the program after losing the year before to Parkview. Nate Cox and the short, but quick passing attack for the Cougars was really effective against the Parkview Baptist secondary in that game, but it was having big #99 back on defense in St. Thomas More DT Hunter Clay.

Signing Day at Landry Walker High School!

What a day for Louisiana High School football yesterday as some of the best football players signed their letter of intent to the college of their choice. There are so many talented players in the entire state of Louisiana, and it is great that they are recognized for not only what they do on the football field, but in the classroom as well. For National Signing Day, Louisiana Football Magazine covered four different schools. Two days ago, we covered Parkview Baptist and Woodlawn (Shreveport). Yesterday, we covered Comeaux High School. The final school that we covered this National Signing Day is Landry Walker High School.

The Landry Walker Chargin' Bucs clinched their first state championship this season against football powerhouse West Monroe.
