Justin Chaney is a really talented TE who played for Hammond High School. He had a nasty injury during the season fracturing his C7 (7th Cervical Vertebrae) in his neck. Howard University in Washington D.C. scooped him up as soon as they had a chance. Prior to the injury, Justin had some big time in-state schools such as LA Tech and Tulane looking at him.
