LAFM: Name, Position, Team?

My name is Brandon Hargrove, and I am a  DL/RB for Winnfield Senior High.

LAFM: Current height and weight?

6-0,   240 lbs

LAFM: 40-yard dash time? Max bench, clean, and squat?

I ran a 4.59 40 yard dash. My max bench is 400, and my max Squat is 600.

LAFM:  How is the season going so far for you and your team?

The Season is going pretty good. We have had ups and downs but are pulling together as a team.



LAFM: Which Game are you looking forward to?

The next day we play. You have to take it one game at a time.


I am not sure on my ACT, but my GPA is a 2.3


LAFM: Who is your favorite football player of all time?

Walter Peyton-He was know not just as a great football player but as a great leader and great man.

LAFM: Do you have any family members who have influenced you playing football?

My friend Alonzo Moore is playing at Nebraska University. We are close friends and keep in touch constantly. He has always supported me and been an inspiration.

LAFM: Who is your favorite player in football today?

Adrian Peterson- He has an unbelievable work ethic.

LAFM: If football doesn’t work out, what do you see yourself doing? Have you thought of a major?

I always loved social studies. If football doesn’t work out, I would love to do something with a Liberal Arts degree.

LAFM: What positions are you being recruited for? Which is your favorite position, why?

I am being recruited as a LB and a FB. My favorite position is probably DE and LB because I like to tackle.

LAFM: What schools are recruiting you? Are you planning on making any visits?

ULL, ULM, LSU, and Missouri are all recruiting my. I have not made any plans for visits as of now.

About Reid Althage

Reid is from Harvey, LA and went to Brother Martin High School. He played men's NAIA soccer at LSU Shreveport for his first 2 years college. His junior year, Reid transferred to Baton Rouge and graduated from LSU with a Sports Administration Degree. He started with LAFM as an Intern in April 2013 and was hired in October. Reid loves anything to do with sports (Saints, Pelicans, and Liverpool FC Fan), the outdoors, and family/friends.
