LAFM: How did this season go for you and your team?

Our season went great! We broke the second round curse that we have been under for the past three years, but we fell short of making it to the state championship.

LAFM: What was your best game this season, and why?

My best game was probably against Rummel, in the playoffs. I handled the tight end pretty well, and kept the quarter back contained.

LAFM: Current height and weight?

6’2’’ 220 pounds

LAFM: 40-yard dash time?

4.53 seconds

LAFM: Who is your football idol and why?

Ray Lewis is my football idol because of his leadership skills and how he prepares in pregame. He puts forth a lot of effort when he plays, which is what I try to do.

LAFM: How old were you when you started playing and where?

I started playing football when I was in sixth grade at Jack Hayes Elementary School. I always played basketball, but my uncle convinced me to play football and I’ve played ever since.

LAFM: What positions are you being recruited for? Which is your favorite position, why?

I am being recruited for defensive end and line backer. I really enjoy playing both; I like rushing the passer as a defensive end, and I like the responsibilities of a line backer. The positions are very similar.

LAFM: What schools are recruiting you, and do you have any favorites yet?

Washington, Texas Tech, Cal, Houston, ULM, LA Tech, TCU, and Tulane are recruiting me. I haven’t picked a favorite yet. I’ve been praying and talking to my dad to try and figure it out.

LAFM: Current GPA and ACT score?

I have a 3.4 GPA and an 18 on the ACT.
