LAFM: Name, position, school?
My name is Tyler Williams, and I play LB/C for Fair Park High School.
LAFM: Current weight and height?
195 lbs, 5-8
LAFM: Current ACT score and GPA?
LAFM: 40 yard dash, max bench press, max cleans, max squat?
I am not sure about my 40-yard dash, but my max bench is 305, squat 405, and clean is 230.
LAFM: How is the season going for you and your team?
Its is going well overall. Recently, we have been on a little downhill slide, but we are pulling together and look to stop the slide this weekend.
LAFM: What has been your best game so far this season?
I would say Woodlawn. Even though we loss, the team executed on defense really well. They only scored once on us making it an 8-0 game.
LAFM: Who is your favorite football player of all time?
Brian Dawkins- He motivates me. He is a small guy who has the ability to lay guys out. It does nott matter about your size, but it matters about heart. He is also a great person off the football field.
LAFM: How old were you when you started playing and where?
12-13, I played for the local SPAR team in the area.
LAFM: Do you have any family members or friends that have had a big influence on you as you play football?
My mother just passed this Jauary. She was a big supporter of me playing football and is now a big motivator for me.
LAFM: If football does not work out for you, what do you see yourself doing? Have you thought of a major in college?
I thought of majoring in kinesiology and becoming an athletic trainer.
LAFM: Are there any schools that are recruiting you? Do you have any favorites?
None are recruiting me as of now. ULM is the one I want to go to the most, also I am looking at LA Tech.
LAFM: What positions are you being recruited for? What is your favorite positions and why?
I think I would play FB or SS in college. My favorite position to play is LB because I like to hit.
LAFM: what makes your school special?
My Whole Family graduated from Fair Park, so it has become a family tradition. At first, I did not want to go their, but I started to really enjoy the school once I joined the football team. It really helped me become a better person and bond with others.
