18 ACT  3.4 GPA

My squat is 500 lbs, and my max bench is 465 lbs.

LAFM: Who is your favorite football player of all time?

Ray Lewis-I have respect for what has happened to him in his life. He has an outstanding work ethic and he gives 110 percent on every play.

LAFM: How old were you when you started playing and where?

I always had a ball in my hands growing up. I was about 8 years old when I started playing for the Boutte Hurricanes.

LAFM: If football does not work out for you, what do you see yourself doing? Have you thought of a major in college?

I am not sure as of now, but I am thinking about civil or computer engineering.

LAFM: Kenny you are a big time recruit, give me 3-5 schools that are recruiting you right now? Do you have any favorites?

I have no favorites, but 3 schools that are recruiting me are LSU, UCLA, and Florida State.

LAFM: How did the season go for you and the team?

We have won a lot of games and done the job we needed to do in order to get to this point. Now we have one game left. We can finish the season right with our last game in the dome.

LAFM: What has been your best game this season?

There is not one game that stands out. I have mainly played really consistent throughout the season. Most of my games I have had double digit tackles. I just do my part in leading my defense and my team to victory.

LAFM: What positions are you being recruited for? What is your favorite positions and why?

I am being recruited for Inside LB, but I can play OLB. I prefer MLB because I like to be in the middle of the action and involved on every play.

LAFM: What does the team need to do in order to make sure you are ready for the State Championship?

Basically, we need to do what we always do. We need to prepare well and properly. We need continue working to make ourselves better. We need to make sure that when we get our there we are ready to come out and play. Our team has won State Championships before and need to do the same in preparation as we have done in the past. We need to focus, continue working hard, and everything else will continue to fall in place.

LAFM: What was something special about your team this year?

Well, the past 2 seasons we have gone undefeated. This year was different then the last 2 years.  We had some adversity with a really tough schedule which put us up against some of the best teams in the state. The team has handled the pressure and schedule really well. We have come together and really focused on the season and our goals.

LAFM: Outside of football, what makes your school special?

Outside of actual football, I have to say our coach and school really do love us. Once a Patriot, you are always a Patriot. You always feel loved and a part of the family.
