LAFM: Name, position, school?

My name is Joel Dullary, and I play P/CB for Holy Cross High School.

LAFM: Current weight and height?

6-0, 172 lbs

LAFM: Current ACT score and GPA?

I have a 3.0 GPA, and made a 21 on my ACT.

LAFM: 40 yard dash, max bench press, max cleans, max squat?

My 40/yard dash time is a 4.58. My max for bench is 285, squat 385, and clean 260.

LAFM: How is the season going for you and your team?

Right now it is going very well even though we did not play our best game against Rummel this past weekend. We play Shaw this weekend and hope to get a win and first round bye in the playoffs.

LAFM: What has been your best game so far this season?

Jesuit High School- Jesuit is usually our biggest game of the season because there is such a big rivalry between the two schools. My first time ever starting was against Jesuit my junior year, and I did not play my best game. This season I got redemption and played really well.

LAFM: Who is your favorite football player of all time?

Drew Brees-He is an inspiration to New Orleans and the people in the city.

LAFM: How old were you when you started playing and where?

I was in 4th grade and started playing at Lakeview Park

LAFM: Do you have any family members or friends that have had a big influence on you as you play football?

My Grandma has definitely had an influence on me. Her husband, my grandpa, played at Auburn. She never got a chance to see him live up to his career.  Now when I play, I play for my grandma.

LAFM: If football does not work out for you, what do you see yourself doing? Have you thought of a major in college?

I want to get my degree in athletic training, so I can come back to Holy Cross and be an athletic trainer.

LAFM: Are there any schools that are recruiting you? Do you have any favorites?

I have a few schools that have shown interest in me: ULL, McNeese State, and Walsh University in Ohio. I have no favorites and am still keeping my options open.

LAFM: What positions are you being recruited for? What is your favorite positions and why?

I am being recruited as a punter and an athlete. CB is definitly my favorite position. As a CB, I get to be involved a lot more and make plays.

LAFM: what makes your school special?

The People you meet, the enviroment, and tradition which comes with Holy Cross all make the school a great place. The tradition passed on from one class to the other really makes an impression. As a student, you have a big name to live up to, and a school you want to make proud.
