LAFM: How did this season go for you and your team?
The season went well accounting the number of guys that had no experience. They stood up and made a name for themselves. In addition to that, we became a team, and our veterans took the younger guys under their wings. That is what it takes to be successful at this level, and makes for a really good season.
LAFM: What was your team’s best game this season, and why?
Our best game was against Destrehan. We were able to run and throw the ball very effectively. Destrehan had a very good defense, which made it that much sweeter when our 5’5’’ 145lb running back, Austen Brown, was able to put his head down and plow through their secondary. That proved we were ready to play.
LAFM: Current height and weight?
5’11’’ 185 pounds
LAFM: 40-yard dash time?
LAFM: Who is your football idol and why?
This is not me jumping on a bandwagon, or choosing him because I am a Christian, but my football idol is Tim Tebow. This is due to the hard-nosed running he displays, and his team leadership.
LAFM: How old were you when you started playing and where?
I started playing football when I was six years old, for the St. Amant Wildcats
LAFM: If football doesn’t work out, what do you see yourself doing? Have you thought of a major?
I chose not to play college football, because I will be playing college baseball at LSUE. When I transfer to another school after my two years there, I will try to walk on to their football team. All of this will depend on my success on the diamond.
I plan on majoring in environmental engineering.
LAFM: Current GPA and ACT score?
GPA 3.65. 21 ACT
