No Excuses, Just Results For Edna Karr’s Quest To Historic Four Peat This Season

By Brady Goings

Out of New Orleans, Edna Karr has been one of the best teams in New Orleans over the last decade.  They have made it to the dome the last three years in a row and have won the state championship all three years. The latest championship was over Warren Easton also out New Orleans by a score of 28-20. Karr has started the 2019-2020 season off 2-1 and is looking to make a historic run at four years in a row at the dome and four state titles.

Isaiah Mosley is a defensive end that plays for the Cougars and is 5-11, 240 pounds. He is from New Orleans and a highly talented player. I asked him how he felt about the team and he gave me a simple, but very exciting answer.

He said to me, “No excuses, just results.”

Although this answer is simple it is also a great answer and great attitude to have. That is a winning attitude and if he keeps that attitude and his teammates follow that which he has they will be a very successful team again this year.
