LAFM: Name, position, school?

My name is Trey Walker, and I played RB/LB for Northwood High School.

LAFM: Current height and weight?

6-2,  185 lbs

LAFM: Current ACT score and GPA?

17 ACT,  2.9 GPA

LAFM: 40-yard dash, max bench, and max squat?

I run a 4.59 40-yard dash. My max in each is 250 bench and 385 squat.

LAFM: How did the season go for you and the team?

We had a great season. We hit double digit wins with 10 and were ranked in the top 15 going into the playoffs. It was a season that will be remembered for a long time.

LAFM: What has been your best game this past season?

Probably our first game against our rivals North Caddo. I had 150 rushing yards and 4 TDs.

LAFM: Who is your favorite football player of all time?

I would have to say Ray Lewis. He is a leader who always does his best. He will keep on trying to win no matter what.

LAFM: How old were you when you started playing and where?

I was in 7th Grade when I started to play for the Webster Junior High Wolves.

LAFM: Do you have any family members or friends that have had a big influence on you as you play football?

My last two years at Northwood the coaches were a huge influence on me. All of them did a great job teaching and motivating me.

LAFM: If football does not work out for you, what do you see yourself doing? Have you thought of a major in college? Why?

I plan on going to college and am considering a career in coaching as of now. With coaching, I could stay close to the game, and I could help other young athletes reach their goals.

LAFM: Are there any schools that are recruiting you? Are you considering walking on anywhere?

I do not have any schools recruiting me as of now. If I am able, I would like start off small and try to walk on somewhere.

LAFM: What positions would you play in college? What is your favorite positions and why?

I would either play RB, LB, or SS. I like to play everywhere, so I really do not have a favorite position.

LAFM: What do you bring or offer to any potential collegiate teams interested in you?

I bring a winning attitude, a hard work ethic, and the ability to make a team improve.

LAFM: Looking back at this past year, what made this years team special?

All of the guys on our team just wanted to win this year. We had the same goals and mindset which made us alot closer as a team.

LAFM: Outside of football, what makes Northwood a special school?

Basically the school and teachers do a great job of pushing us students to our limits. They prepare us to succeed later in life.
