5A Offensive Player of the Year, Derrius Guice

Catholic High School’s RB Derrius Guice won our 5A Offensive Player of the Year Award. Guice is the definition of SEC Running Back. He is powerful, fast, and knows how to run in between the tackles. Derrius rushed for 1,331 yards and 20 Touchdowns (Derrius only played 1 half in many of these games). He also had 38 catches for 521 yards, 9 TDs and 1 punt return for a TD.  I am really excited to see this kid play for the Tigers next year.

(Note: We had two winners of this award. The other was QB Christian Campbell from Ponchatoula)
