First-year head coach Idaibi Ogbanga graduated from LaGrange High School (Class of 2005). Coach Ogbanga played tight end at both Lagrange and collegiately for Grambling. Lagrange RB Keshaun Doucet

“We are getting numbers up,” Coach Ogbanga said. “The kids are working hard and getting better everyday. Although we have a tough schedule, we look to improve on the season before.”

You will see a few players start on both sides of the football. A lot of experience graduated from the 2022 team. The program has two athletic quarterbacks: Patrick Bertrand (6-0, 170, 4.6 speed), who is also a defensive back, and Jordan Lewis (5-11, 175, 4.5 speed, Sr.) can also play as wide receiver and defensive back for the program if needed. If one of them is not the quarterback, they will both play somewhere else due to their athleticism and both kids can help this program win games.

The rest of the skill talent in the program are senior RB Keshaun Doucet (5-10, 200, 4.6 speed) who is a tough runner, RB/LB/DE Brayland Handy (6-2, 215, 4.6 speed) a big power back who is one of the leaders on this team, FB/LB/RB Larry Bellard (5-9, 195), DB/WR DJ Simien 6-1 170 great hands, DB/RB Dominque Hollier 6-0 175 SR big-time playmaker, WR Kyron Richard 6-1 170 4.5 fast and TE/DE Marvin Chatman. Key lineman in the program is OL Francis Turner (6-0, 280, Sr.) who is one of the leaders of the offense, OL Kylinn Tanner (6-2, 285), OL/DL Noah Pave (5-10, 230) who is one of the leaders of this team, OT/OG Royale Stewart, DT Jeckenzie Stringer (5-10, 255, Sr.) and DT Braylan Williams who has a ton of ability.

The special teams will be Kkicker/punter Skylar Captain who has a really good leg and starts at OLB/S for the team as well.
