2022 Playoffs: Lost to Winnfield 27-0 in 1st Round of DIvision III (Non-Select) Playoffs

The program is 0-4 playing a tough non-district schedule on the front end going into district play.

The top players in the program to keep things going for the playoffs again in 2023 are LB/QB Sheamus Frank (5-7, 170, Sr.) who was a running back in 2022, WR/DB/Athlete Zeric Weston (6-2, 175, Sr.) who is a second-year starter and great athlete, MLB Keontez Campbell (6-1, 185) averaged 10 tackles game in 2022, QB Desmond Skinner (6-2, 165) threw for over 1,200 yards in 2022, QB Zamaurri Brown (6-2, 170) with 4.6 speed can play anywhere on the field, OL/DL Xyien Leday (6-3 300), a second-year starter, RB/DB Peyton Ashford (5-9, 165), a quick & strong player, TE/DE Shay Collins (6-5, 210), with 4.6 speed and a great Athlete, FB William Cain (5-9, 200, Sr.), CB Cameron Thomas (5-9, 175, Sr.), RB/DB Keagan Richard (5-8, 165, 4.6 speed) who just became eligible last week and new starter WR Andre Vidrine is having a great 2023 season so far.

Head Coach Dwight Collins graduated from Eunice High School (Class of 1987). coach graduated from Northwestern State U in 1996. Coach Collins served in the Army before going to . WR/Athlete Devin Ardoin signed with Centenary for the 2023 season. Zeric Weston placed in track at the State Meet for the long jump.
