Key Players Graduated: QB Jermarion Hawkins, RB Ty Minniweather, Delawrence Wilson, OL, OLB/DE Joseph Fells.
Team Outlook: “Big senior group in 2023. We are better than 2023, building discipline and kids have bought in. I was happy with our Spring game and like where we are headed, ” said coach Washington.
The Offense will have a new starter at QB in Austin Davenport, a SR with command of the Offense. The run game starts with RB Lee Mitchell (5-6, 150) SR starter, RB Antonio Green, and Devante Carson. The WR group has speed and talent in Christian Winzer (6-1, 180) SR scored 10 touchdowns in 2023 lead the team, WR Johntavious Lollie also a CB, WR Dameyon Moore 2nd year starter (5-11, 165) SR, and WR Demonre Jones (5-9, 160) SR. The Offensive Line consists of Center Marko Bovance 2nd year starter, OG Christian Hawkins, OL O’Byran Armstrong (5-11, 260) SR, and OL Antravius Harris (5-11, 205) SR. The Defense will have a chance to be a really good group with size experience and speed. The front seven you have DT/NG Demarion Wilson (5-7, 260) SR a leader, DE/TE TK Atkins (6-1, 225) SR 4 year starter scored 2 touchdowns in 2023, DE Ajari Brown (5-10, 220) SR, DT Christopher Brass, DT/DE Demontarious Johnson (6-2, 255) SR, OLB Marcus McClinton (5-10, 185) SR 4.6 speed 4 year starter leader, OLB Makylan Witherspoon (5-10, 175) SR 4.6 speed, LB James Foster (5-9, 185) SR, and LB Jeremiah Lavall. The Secondary will build around FS Caleb Jackson (6-0, 175) SR, FS Elliott Mason (6-2, 175) SR leader 2nd year starter, and CB Dylan Dorsey (5-10, 175) SR 4.5 leader and returning starter. Special Teams starting Kicker will be Makylan Witherspoon.
Carroll Bulldogs

Team Outlook: “A lot of experience back. I can say this, I'm also in charge of the Strength and Conditioning program here at Carroll HS and we are strong, tough and will have some size in 2024. We have speed also across the board. We just have to put it all together this year, ” said coach Hines.
QB Jordan Brisco returns as a SR (5-9, 165) with 4.5 speed. The program also has Jason Friels (6-3, 180) who is a talented young QB. The skill set of the Offense you also have WR Damien Billiups a SR (5-9, 175) SR 4.59 speed 3 sport Athlete, RB Zaylin Singelton, RB Kaloe Henderson 2nd year starter, tough kid sleeper in the District, RB Chris Benton strong power, and a few spots open at WR going into the Summer for the program. The Offensive Line you have OG Daniel Straughter 270 pounds, OT/OG Jeremiah Sims 275 pounds, OT Jordan Holmes 285 pounds, and OG/Center JaQualyn Perry 260 pounds. The Defense has some very talented kids just need to develop depth over Summer. The Defense has DT Denterius Jenkins (6-0, 265) SR, DT Cameron Allen 280 pounds, DT Aaron Marlez 230 pounds, LB Dennis Blunt (6-1, 215) a 4 year starter 4.6 speed sleeper, LB Michael White 4.6 speed, OLB/FS/SS Darius Briggs (6-0, 205) SR 4.6 speed, CB Jardell Carter, one of the fastest players in Monroe and State, CB/SS Kyderrian Smith strong kid, and younger players will fill out depth for the Defense. Special Teams has the strong leg of Joshua Bravo.
North Webster Knights

Key Players Graduated: Athlete Xavier McGlothan (Southern Arkansas), TE/HB Xander Thomason, DE/TE Avante Curry, WR Bennie Stephens.
Team Outlook: “In 2023 they started a bunch of SR /Jr players and 17 of the 18 starters are coming back in 2024. We will have a new look Offense. In space throw the ball more from a running team in 2023,” said coach Wilson.
The QB position was open after Spring and might go to the Summer. Christian Whitlock is one of the players competing at QB. Players that caught coaches eye in a short time after Spring where OLB Ke’mauron Jefferson 100 tackles in 2023, DT Braylon Richardson (5-8, 200) SR leader, RB Braedon Robertson (6-0, 190) SR over 1,000 yards Offense in 2023, WR/CB Jakoby Lawson (5-10, 170) SR over 1,000 yards Offense in 2023, OT Sam Morgan (6-2, 215) SR, OG/LB Cody Beshea (5-8, 170) SR, WR/DB Jasavis Miller (6-2, 185) SR, WR Donte Owens, and LB Ja’Myrian Jackson.
Richwood Rams

Key Players Graduated: DE/TE Xander Washington (Centenary), Athlete Dontavion Nabors (Centenary), DB Tyland Jones (East Texas Baptist), Safety Michael Wright (Grambling), WR Jontavion Dixon.
Team Outlook: “Only lost one senior from the Offensive Line from 2023. We don't have a lot of depth. A Lot of our kids will have to start both sides of the football. A lot of spots open going into the Summer. We don't have many seniors in 2024,” said coach Guice.
The nucleus coming back to build will be QB/WR/RB Andrew King (6-2, 180) SR 4.5 speed, RB/OLB Andre Williams (5-6, 165) SR over 1,000 yards Offense in 2023 4.5 speed leader, RB/OLB Derrick Dickins a 3 sport Athlete 4.6 speed, RB/CB Jaylon Cain 4.5 speed, QB/WR Marquis Moore (5-11, 165) SR 4.6 speed, OG/DT Christian Miller 2nd year starter, OG/DT Noah Harper (6-0, 235) SR 2nd year starter, Center/DT Courtney Burton 2nd year starter, OT/DT Achilles Greer 260 pounds, LB Marquis Van Buren, and DB Ty’Shawn Reid a SR (5-11, 175) missed the 2023 season and looks to have a really good 2024 season.
Sterlington Panthers

Key Players Graduated: LB Jackson King (Northwestern State), OT/OG Mitch Hodnett (TCU), DE/DT Kalib Evans (Arkansas Monticello), OT Will Wactor, RB Trammell Colvin (Louisiana Christian), DT Jack Moore, LB Dylan Underwood, FB/LB Cody Copeland, DE Amari Hatfield, OL Landon Taylor.
Team Outlook: “We will be on a rebuilding mode for sure. Our schedule is stacked, and the odds are against us. Just the way we like it. Need to replace 6 of our starting front seven on Defense,” said coach Doty.
The Offense returns leader QB Dylan Downs (5-10, 180) SR with 4.65 speed and runs the Offense really well now. The skill, talent, some new and some back are RB/LB Gavin Evans (5-11, 180) SR 4.59 speed, RB Hagen Herring (5-11, 180) SR quick, TJ Burch brings power and speed, and RB/WR/QB Devyn Downs 4.59 speed 2nd year starter. The Offensive Line has some new faces but returns a good line in OL David Roach (5-8, 195) SR, OL Michael Bozeman (5-9, 195) SR, OL Nate Riodan (6-2, 250) SR, OL Shawn McNair (6-2, 245) SR 2nd year starter former TE good blocker, OL Gideon Ashley, and OL Dawson Ferguson (6-1, 250). The WR group will be led by WR/SS Travis Adams 3 year starter (6-0, 190) SR 4.55 speed, WR Jacob Breen 2nd year starter, WR Nathan White (5-8, 150) SR, WR/QB J-Rob Breen also backup QB, and Athlete Devyn Downs who plays all over for the team. The Defense many new faces up front but really good players back to build around in DE Ayden Lingefelt (6-2, 190) SR, DE/TE Grayson Gilmore (6-1, 210) SR Sleeper, DT Bennett Weems (6-0, 245) SR, DT Blake Franklin, DT Tanner King, LB Jadon Hall new starter, LB Gaven Evans (5-11, 200) also a FB for the team, LB Conner Justice new starter, big time LB Tre Burch, and LB Gavin Adams SR. The Secondary will be really good with David Hickman 2nd year starter, CB Sam Frazier 2nd year starter, DB Devyn Downs, Safety Travis Adams, DB Kade Hollingsworth, and DB Keenan Green. Special Teams strong overall Kicker Drew Whitlock 2nd year starter, and one of the best Punters in Louisiana AidanParker (6-1, 180) SR, who can also Kick.
