Team Outlook: “We have a young team Lee, and still trying to build up the football program in 2024. We will not compete for District Honors in 2024 as we are again focusing on the program for the future.”
Key players back are QB Noah Tierney (5-10, 180) SR has a lot of experience in 2023, RB Shawn Warren returns with 3 years experience (5-9, 175), WR/DB Ryan Williams (6-0, 185) returns as a 2 way starter one of the better Athlete’s in the program, DB Noah Bercy (5-9, 170) is a 4 year starter back as the leader of the Secondary, OL/DL Jalen Bailey (6-3, 260) a 2nd year starter leader, DE/OL Eli Sanders (6-0, 230) 2nd year starter, OL Emilio Sequira (6-3, 280) SR 2nd year starter bigger stronger, and LB leader 2nd year starter Abriel Stringfellow (5-10, 190). More key players back are WR Adonis Tunnel (5-10, 175), new Kicker Silas Mesiter, CB Theron Gross (5-5, 170), DB Patrick Blandin, RB Dylan Williams (5’5, 175), DL Camden Clark (5-10, 190), and DL Edan Bonen (6-0, 200) SR.

Team Outlook: Former Head Coach B. J Cohen changed the culture of the program with full Summer work outs and being commited for the team. The team bought in and now has a chance to do great things in 2024. The kids want to play in the program.
The Offense will have speed and experience back in RB/DB Brandon Lewis (5-10, 200) SR All District RB in 2023, WR/CB David Perry (5-10, 175) SR one of the best Athletes in New Orleans, WR Cory’on Hollins tough quick 3 Touchdowns in 2023, WR/TE Sy’our Ferrell, RB Deren Hervey missed 2023 season, and QB Mykhaion Adams (5-11, 190) SR lettered in 2023 has a good arm. The Offensive Line will have some 2 way starters and experience back in OT/DT Lawrence Breaux (6-3, 235) SR, TE/HB Roddrick Brady (5-11, 205) SR, OL Seth Judd (5-11, 310) SR, OL Chris Dickens (5-10, 270) SR, and Center Drexel Gonzales (6-0, 310) 2nd year starter. The Defense will build around LB Quincy Jackson 4.6 speed, CB David Perry, DB Brandon Lewis 50 tackles & 2 Interceptions in 2023, DE Marvin Causey 11 tackles for loss in 2023, MLB/OLB Donterio Davis (5-9, 180) SR calls Defense plays on field, DT Trey Lewis (6-2, 265) SR sleeper All District in 2023 with 13 Sacks, OLB Amari Doty, DB Isiah Jackson, DB Jamarrion Williams 4.5 speed, DE Chris Ramos missed 2023 season, and CB Alfred Lee 4.5 speed. Special Teams Kicker will be Justin Acosta (5-9, 175) good player.
East Jefferson Warriors

Team Outlook: “Expecting improvement a lot of experience back. We only had 4 starters back in 2023, so many players played that where new last year young players. 1st year in 3 years with the school having a off season program which has helped a lot,” said coach Glover.
The Offense will return a lot of experience on the Offensive Line. The group consists of OG Zion Washington (6-1, 285) SR, Center David Melendes (6-1, 280), and OG Carl Ragan (6-2, 285) SR. The skill talent on Offense starts with 2 really good QB’s one is a 2 year starter in Gaven Bester (6-1, 175) SR, and another is QB Curtis Johnson who will be the backup and WR for the team. More skill players on Offense are WR/DE 2 way starter 4 year starter Dorrrion Hollins (6-5, 215) SR All District as a DE in 2023, WR David Johnson (5-11, 170) SR 2nd year starter 4.6 speed, WR Malcom Jones (5-11, 175) SR missed 2023 season good Athlete, RB Jayden Obiekwe missed 2023 season, and RB Paul Jones (6-0, 180) SR Transfer sat out 2023 season. The Defense will build around there front 7 to lead with players like DE Dorrion Hollins, DE Henrique DeJesus (6-1, 195) SR, DT Dejuan Thomas (5-9, 250), MLB Cody Jones (6-0, 210) SR, LB Drew Poche (5-10, 190) SR All District in 2023, and CB Chris Eilmore (5-9, 170) SR. Special Teams Kicker/Punter will be Byron Cortez (5-10, 170) Transfer from Grace King HS sat out 2023.
John Ehret Patriots
Head Coach: Reggie Rogers (5th year)

Team Outlook: “ Lost a lot of Sr’s starters from the 2023 season some incredible players. We do return 3 really good Offensive Lineman on Offense. Looking forward to the challenge to coaching these kids in 2024. I think we can have a special year with the players we have,” said coach Rogers.
The Offense has a new QB in the talented SR Mike Henry (6-0, 165). A lot of new faces at the skill spots WR Anaj Payton (5-7, 155) 4.45 speed, lettered in 2023, WR Keain Shorts (5-7, 150) SR lettered in 2023 4.45 speed, WR Mike Henry (6-0, 175) SR 4.5 sleeper, and the RB position Darius Smith (5-9, 165) is the leading candidate to start as a SR. The Offense will be lead by the Offensive Line Center Christian Williams (5-9, 230) SR tough kid, OT Corey Dudley 300 pounds good feet, OG Davion Robertson (6-0, 270) SR, and OG Ronald Randolph (6-3, 280) SR lettered in 2023. The Defense will be young but talented lead by the front seven LB Lewis Petty hitter 4.5 speed, LB Jaren Miller 4.5 speed, DT Lamar Tabb (5-11, 270), DT/DE Makennie Nicholas (5-11, 225), DE O’Brice Julien 4.6 speed, and other talented young lineman and LB’s. The young Defensive Backfield does have talent still in CB Kris Coleman (5-9, 170) SR, 4.5 speed, CB Kurtis Milburn (5-10, 160) 4.45 speed, Safety/OLB Miguel Ordon (6-1, 175) SR 4.6 speed, and CB Sincere Keller (5-9, 155) 4.5 speed. Look for more younger DB’s to emerge for playing time after the Summer.
L. W. Higgins Hurricanes

Team Outlook: “A lot of potential aspect school sky is the limit for success. We have to change the culture and community school itself, get kids to believe again. The kids we do have want to be here at this school,” said coach Powell.
Great hire for the program Emanuel Powell former HC O. P Walker HS & Landry Walker HS for 10 years from 2009 to 2018, and was HC Helen Cox HS from 2019 to 2022. Coach Powell is building the program day by day back and right now as I write this he has some really quality players to build with and the roster will get bigger by August/September. Right now players that have impressed coach in as short time are QB Traivus James (6-0, 180) SR new starter but lettered in 2023 really good Athlete, WR/DB Jermaine Jackson, WR/DB Jaquan Frazier (6-0, 180), DB Patrick Jones, RB Ja’Ron Haywood (5-10, 170), WR Justin Whitley (6-1, 185), QB/WR Christian Bradley (6-0, 180), DB Elijah Chapman (5-11, 180), Defensive Leader captain 4 year starter Eddie Petty (6-1, 220) SR LB, DE Ben Arthur Johnson (5-10, 205), DT Demarcus Hester (6-0, 310) SR, DE Nigel Russell (6-3, 190), OL/DL Desilon Lestrick (6-0, 270) SR, OL Isiah Utley (5-11,260), and OL/DL Rudy Scott a 4 year starter leader (6-4, 275) looking to have a dominant year for the program.

Team Outlook: “Good School, good kids, excited to be the head coach. Last time I was head coach was in 2007 at a school called Rabouin HS. And it feels good to be in this position again. Great school to be at in Jefferson Parish,” said coach Foster.
The program has quality players and this year is no different. The program has a few players to build around in Athlete Thomas Kaska 4.5 speed, Athlete/WR Lance Simmons 4.5 speed recovered from a injury in 2023, QB Ghazzli Rida (6-2, 190) SR with 4.6 speed leader, RB Byron Perrilliat 4.5 speed 3 sport Athlete, MLB Colby Bufkin (5-10, 180) SR leader All District in 2023, WR/CB/Safety Toren Signal (6-2, 180) 4 year starter 4.5 speed, OG Peyton Jelks a 3 year starter leader, DE Greg Paris Athletic 4.7 speed, WR David Diaz sleeper as a Kicker, DE Darnell Bolton Team Captain, OL Ramirez Krist (6-1, 275) SR strongest player on the team and DT Keith Walton tough all out leader.

Team Outlook: “We are going through the process as a team learning getting better. Day by day brick by brick teaching the game of football to these kids. We are trying to get better every day that goes by,” said coach Andry.
