Class of 2022 Recruit Spotlight: North Caddo High School OG/OT & Henderson State Commit Win Robinson

Class of 2022 Recruit Spotlight: North Caddo High School OG/OT & Henderson State Commit Win Robinson

by Jordan Lopez

North Caddo’s Win Robinson comes in towering over any defensive line he goes against. Win is 6’6 weighing 315 pounds with great pass protection at the high school level. Win plays tackle/guard and in 13 games this season, he’s recorded 28 knockdown blocks and only two sacks allowed. In 13 games, this seems like a pretty insane statistic.

Win Robinson is committed to Henderson State where he plans to dominate the defensive front which would in turn allow his QB to make plays, and with his 245 pound bench press, 365 pound squat, and 445 pound dead lift we will see this. When asked about what he loves about football, Win simply responded “I love football because I love to compete. I’ve always been hungry and going on to play ball doesn’t satisfy my hunger one bit.” Henderson State or any other football program would love to hear that from their upcoming players. When asked on areas of improvement, Win responded with pass protection, and that his current state is fine for the high school scene, but he’s going to need to improve in time for ball. Outside of football, Win enjoys Baseball, lifting weights and playing the drums.
