Class of 2023 Recruit Spotlight: Neville High School OLB Matthew Fobbs-White

Matthew Fobbs-White plays outside linebacker and with his 6'3, 235 pound build, he is built to succeed in the position. This past season he recorded 37 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, 23 QB hurries, and four sacks. His game tape is fun to watch because despise his weight, he flies to the ball and has great football knowledge. His favorite three s are Oklahoma State, Baylor, and ULL.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys reading books and playing video games with friends. White says he loves the passion that comes with playing the game as well as the sense of playing for something bigger than yourself. As for the upcoming season, he said he needs to work on things like conditioning, as well as tackling.
